Question about Linksys Wireless-G WRT54G Router
My wlan light keep going on and off on my linksys wrt54g router can't go online.
Also check if the power light on your router is blinking. If it is blinking, that's an indication of hardware failure. To revive it, do a hard reset. Press and hold the power button of the router for 30 seconds then unplug the power. Wait for 30 seconds again before you plug it back in.

"The WLAN LED lights up whenever there is a successful wireless connection. If the LED
is flashing, the Router is actively sending or receiving data over the network."
Blinking light means working network. If you can't go online, that's not the reason.
I suggest cabling your computer directly up to the router in order to determine whether the problem is your wireless connection or your router's outbound internet connection.
