My old vodafone sim containing all of my numbers shows as blank, or empty, on my tocco lite. Any ideas? When i put the sim in my old samsung the numbers appear fine.

Try copying them onto your sim again in your old phone. Make sure you copy and not replace. In effect you may find you have 2 sets of number identical on the phone

You just need samsung tocco lite unlock code for vodafone network and you can get that code from vodafone, but they will take a charge from you and you need to wait a couple of weeks for that code. You can also get samsung unlock code from third party sites with lower cost and more quickly rather than original network provider.
That shows that the sim compartment is bad.Take the phone to samsung care shop so that they can help you fix the sim compartment so that the phine can recongise the sim.
just log on to your vodafone page online and ask for nac there , when you get your 8 digit number you should be able to unlock it by typing #7465625*638*then your number eg nac code and then # again and your phone should be unlocked then , and hi if you could help me out i also am going to unlock my phone but i need to unfreeze it first and could you help me please , my email is [email protected] if you can thanks
its the password to unlock the phone from the network that you bought it from! (probably vodafone) if you ring that network and tell them you are dissatisfied with their service they should honour you the password which will allow you to put the 02 sim in and use it! hope this helps!
you can enter the hard reset code but that will delete everything on the
phone the code is *2767*3855# i haven't been able to find the password
reset for the F48. The default code for the Samsung F480 is 12345678
