It is voice mail and some time you checked voice mail on your cordless phone but light will keep flashing that you need to check your voice mail. if it does not fixed then You need to also delete the voice mail from any voip device and it should turn off blinking lights and will clear vm message.
Voice mail is probably a feature provided by your service provider. I have a PBX with several different viop phones configured.
The voice mail is stored on the PBX you just need to configure the message waiting light on the phone and possibly a speed button that automatically dials the voice mail code.
I assume that you don't have a PBX and an internet service provider / voice service provider has those features available for you. They should have the documentation you need to configure the phone. If they specifically support your model phone you are in luck. Otherwise you will have to adapt from their generic description.
I have noticed that some really cheap voice plans don't include voice mail.
1st thing you do is set the ringing tone volume to maximum on your default or daily use profile. 2nd record a message with some very light background music {Hello, I am mobile and to let my master answer you, you must keep on ringing at least for two minutes. thank you} and set this message (or any other message to this effect)as caller tune, so as soon as some one calls you, he gets this message and keep on ringing. 3rd there is a call divert feature in your phone which diverts your call to voice mail under the conditions set by you, so you may change that or totally disable the feature which ever suits you. I suppose this will help you to solve your problem. Please rate me appropriately if you are satisfied with my answer,in case, if you want any clarification please get back to me.
