The door wont open . I have tried to put it on for a cycle and you can here the the water for around 5 seconds then it stops and does nothing.

Check and make sure your pump or filter is not clogged, then next I would suspect you have a faulty door lock mechanism
More common issues with the door lock.
Is water hooked up to the washer?

The door will remained locked while draining water. If during installation the washer was plugged in and turned on without water hoses attached, the washer may attempt to drain for 8 minutes before the door unlocks. Let the washer run until the door unlocks. Do not turn off the washer or unplug the washer.
Does water remain in the washer after the final spin?

If water remains in the washer after the final spin, then the door will not unlock. Select Drain/Spin or Spin Only to remove any remaining water from the washer. The door should unlock at the end of the cycle. For models that have Rinse/Drain & Spin, push the Extra Rinse button to turn off the rinse to remove excess water.
Is the door locked and the Add A Garment light on?

If the Add A Garment light is on, then the washer door will unlock after the Pause/Cancel button is pressed once. Pressing the Start button will restart the washer at the same point where it left off in the cycle.
Is the door locked and the Add A Garment light off?

If the Add A Garment light is off, then the washer door will unlock after the Pause/Cancel button is pressed twice. The door will not immediately unlock while the cycle is running due to a possible high-water level in the washer, high-water temperature, tumbling or spinning. It may take up to five minutes for the washer to stop spinning and draining before the door will unlock. You will hear the door click when it unlocks.
Trying to gain access into a locked door can be a bit frustrating. Upon researching your question I found some links that may help you unlock your washer door. I attached all links below. I hope this helps!

You could check your inlet hoses for kinks You inlet screens on the valves for clogs.themobilian_473.jpgthemobilian_474.jpgall this stuff you can do a filter clean out as shown HERE

Your tech sheet info:
FH: If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering
machine, the valves will be turned off and the error code will be
displayed. OR If the control has turned the water valves on and after
8 minutes the flow sensor has detected 10.5 gallons of water passing
through it, but has not detected the pressure switch trip, the valves will
be turned off and the error code will flash.
Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.
If there is no water in the unit:
-Make sure that both valves at the water source(s) are turned
on all the way.
-Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses or plugged screens in
the inlet valves.
-Verify inlet valve operation.

My washing machine gets stuck when it is going to start the rinse cycle

Top 10 frontload washer problems

1)Water fill problem: water took more than 10 minutes to fill to desired level sometimes indicated as a LF/IE or long fill/inlet error. Water valve screens clogged, hoses kinked, low water pressure, unpaid water bill. Check hose, clean screens.
2)Excessive vibration: noisey, roar, knocking noises. Bad damper, bearing or broken trunion. no error code
3)Dispenser drawer open/detergent in wrong compartment: washer will not operate with drawer open or cleaning products in wrong compartment.
4)Washer won't drain: clogged pump/filter, slow or clogged drain usually indicated as a LD/DE, if a code is given (long drain/drain error) Clear pump of objects
5)Drum overfilled: usually caused by sediment in the water level pressure sensing tube going up to the main control.Find it and blow out the sediment, re-secure pump out water and retry.
6)Door open, Door not latched, clothes/objects keeping door from completly closing. Tighten door latch, add washers if nessesary to make good contact and close door tighter in case of leaks.Note some models send a sig nal to the motor and another to the control letting both know the door is secure before proceeding, corrosion gets into the lid lock and the door can be locked and the control is ready but the motor ain't getting the message.
7)Cold water does not enter washer: hoses connected backwards. Oops.
8)Oversudsing: Wrong Detergent, too much detergen, detergent in wrong dispensing drawer, turbidity monitors pick up particles in the water and judge soil content then the washer allows for extra time to wash the clothes, if the wrong detergent is in there the machine thinks that is too much and declares a suds error. On some models a suds detect is determined by the motor over amping, most machines will try a few mini loads to correct the problem. Remove detergent, retry
9)Locked motor: error LE,loose connection,broken wire/hallsensor, motor overheated/failed.
10)Water heating error, hE, the termister/heater is out.

Your repair Manual with photos and tech data HERE
I will leave that on there for a while but it takes up broadband so print that manual out and keep it close to that washer.

Right befor it goes to rinse mode cycle if flashes F20. This is a new machine. I never used it. This was the first test I did.

F20 = NO WATER DETECTED ENTERING MACHINE OR PRESSURE SWITCH TRIP NOT DETECTED.

The pressure switch is not tripped after 6 minutes.

If there is no water in the unit:
#1 cause = Make sure that both valves at the water source(s) are turned on all the way.
else
Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses or plugged screens in the inlet
valves.
Verify inlet valve operation.
If there is water in the unit:
Verify drain pump operation.
Verify that the pressure switch hose is in good condition and properly
connected to tub and pressure switch.
1. Verify there is not a siphon problem.
2. Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display. The machine will drain
for 3 minutes before unlocking the door.
3. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
4. Verify wire harness connections to inlet valves, pressure switch,
drain pump and Central Control Unit (CCU).
5. Check all hoses for possible leaks.
6. Plug in washer or reconnect power
7. Verify pressure switch operation.
