Try updating Internet Explorer from:Internet Explorer 8: Home page.

If that does not work, then the choice is using a different browser or reinstalling Windows.

Try updating first. Below alternatives to Internet Explorer:

Firefox web browser

Google Chrome - Download a new browser

Opera Web Browser | Faster & safer

Internet Explorer would sometimes act like this when you have multiple toolbars or addons installed. Try this:

- Go to the control panel
- Go to internet options
- Go to the programs tab and click on manage addons
- Disable all unnecessary addons

This must work

Don't worry, with respect to processor functioning, RAM concepts and common usage of dll since it may due to

1.faulty trying of installation of programms
2.unexpected preventing some dll during installation

so when it comes again, try to place lower - right corner rather than getting regular pop-up, have fine
