this happens an awful lot, here is all about your problem. PUKs, or personal unblocking keys, are used to unblock a mobile phone which becomes blocked. Mobile phones may become blocked when a PIN (personal identification number) is entered incorrectly on three consecutive occasions. The best way (if you don't have your unfreeze and unlock codes) is to go to cell unlock shop. They have a special equipment to calculate/retrieve codes depending on your carrier/IMEI/model.

your phone is locked only in network came from so you need to open line this for the new country.

if i were you, take it to a computing or mobile phone repair shop.
every phone usually has one code to unlock it, im sure they will sort it out!

With working sim in phone, go to keypad and enter *2767*3855# and wait, this will fully reset phone so ensure you back up anything on it first, during repowering up remove battery and insert sim from other network then turn back on, phone should now be sim lock free. As always this is at your own risk.This will likely work with other Samsung phones
