At the back of the seat is a metal bar, pull that up and pull the seat back.
I've found with mine that if the handle is one of the two positions (can't remember which, I think it's for forward facing pushchair) you can't recline it at all. I have to move the handle the other way first then recline it.
To move the handle there are two button/levers, one on each side. Lift those up and the handle will move, make sure it then clicks into place.
Hi there, a couple of features come to mind that may be the cause of your problem.
Firstly, make sure that the saw is unplugged from the power supply.
The chain brake is active and wont allow sprocket movement and hence the chain. If necessary, pull the front guard (in front of the front handle) back until it clicks.
Electric saws generally have an additional motor-stop feature built into the trigger mechanism which is deactivated when the trigger is squeezed. So, in order to move the chain along the bar the trigger needs to be squeezed releasing the motor-stop. A tip - wear gloves when handling chains and move the chain towards the bar tip ie in the direction of the cutters - if the chain suddenly stops you wont remove several layers of skin in the process ! better still use a screwdriver against the back of one of the cutters and move it forwards - there should be some resistance and there should be no slack chain on the underside of the bar. Hope this helps.
Not sure if I understand what you mean, but I'll try... I guess the "button" that you refer to is the clutch knob that's located on the side of the base. It has three positions: manual off, auto off and auto on. In manual off, the brush bar is always off. In the auto position, the brush bar should be off when the machine's handle is upright and automatically turn on when the handle is lowered.
If you've got the knob in the auto position but the brush bar does not rotate when you lower the handle, then there's a problem with the clutch unit and you will almost certainly need professional help. It is possible for the keen amateur to service or replace the clutch unit, but it's quite a job.
If you opt for a professional service, be sure to get a firm quote as it may cost more than the machine is worth to you. The part's not cheap, and there's a fair amount of labour involved.
I hope this helps. If not, please reply with more details and I'll try again.
There should be a bolt on the frame at the base of the handle bar stem. There should also be a bolt on the top of the handle bar stem. If these are both tight and secure. The odds are the expansion clamp that's connected to the base of the handle bar (part that goes into the frame) has broken.
It sounds like the cable/bar in the door is broken or stuck
1. you will need to remove the door lining to get at the problem
2. could also be the door lock stuck in the lock position (does the door feel like it locks or unlocks when you use the lock)
3. could be the handle cable/ bar
NOTE some vehicles have cables while others have bars play with everything while you have the guts exposed this should help to locate the problem if nothing is moving while you play with the lock or handle this could be the problem
NOTE If nothing seems to be missing or out of place it could simply need to be lubed at the point where the door locks to the frame
If its like mine, move the red release on the handle bar to the left and then squeeze, the handle will start to lower, fold all the way down, mine has a clip on the side to lock the stroller in storage mode
Manually UNLOCK the door button or slide. HOLDING the OUTSIDE DOOR HANDLE in the OPEN position, with your other hands finger, LIFT OPEN the latch, and close your door. Hope this helps.
To move the handle bar (either for folding or to change into the off-road mode) push the small white button in (located on the inside of the handle bar) and pull both triggers toward you (also located on the inside of the handle bar - on either side) This will enable the handle bar to move.
when you tighten the nut on the handlebar be sure the nut does not turn the bolt you may have to hold the bolt with a vice grip
If you are sure it is as tight as you can get it and the handle bar moves you may have to losten it and put a shim between the handlebar and the clamp throat
Also, the handlebar does go down into the forks this controls the side to side movement of the handle bars when you tighten this bolt it keeps the unit tight into the forks
Hi, Do you mean adjusting the height or moving to the off-road mode?
