HI, You have to type in security code of your phone in order to log into the phone.... By default the security code is 12345 and if you have changed it, you must be knowing.... BUT IF YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO GET INTO THE MOBILE WITH THE 12345 OR IF YOU FORGET THE SECURITYCODE, the one and the only way is to flash the mobile phone(ie, reinstalling the firmware), this cant be done by the normal person, u have to take the phone to nearest service center and flash it, they may charge u very minimal amount......
CAUTION: You may loose all the content stored in the phone memory, be careful,but no other way than doing this

ur default code is for nokia 12345. try it but if u change ur code it doesn't work. then need to reinstall ur phone application

There is no restriction code, this is a know issue with some nokia handsets, just cold reboot the handset by taking off the battery for few seconds and put it back in, if it works then good or you will need to reflash the handset software.
