Check the float on the inside of the machine. if it is stuck up, the machine assumes it is full of water and will not allow any more to enter. it looks like little cone or hat and should move freely up and down. if that is okay, it has to be the water inlet valve. good luck

The dished appear to have a milky film on them after washed. We we use rince aid but it is not working. How de we get them sparkeling clean ?

Hi

White film deposits are observed if water is hard or when you are using more detergent than needed, try filling detergent cup half way. Try using white vinegar after the wash cycle is complete, run a complete cycle. Also turn down the heat on the hot water fed to the dishwasher. Try using water softener for better results.
You can also add vinegar in the final rinse cycle.

Dishwasher is not washing dishes properly . cloudy glasses etc fairly new machine but used salt and rince aid but still no joy

The problem is hard water. www.dishwasherfilter.com has a product to solve this problem once and for all. It filters the water going into your dishwasher and removes the hard minerals that leave those spots. It is very affordable and even has a money back guarantee. You will love the way your dishes look with this product.

Dishwasher

I have not heard of or seen this dishwasher but I do know on a lot of dishwashers if the water is not hot enough it will heat the water and the heating light will come on to let you know. On most models if the washer has to heat the water it will prolong the wash time. It may do this through out the wash and rince cycles. dont be surprized if your dishwasher runs 90 min or longer. This is normal for most all dishwashers now. I would read the owners guide and get to know whats normal for your unit.
