I trhink you can try to upgrade the firmware of the router.
Firmware if the software of the router.
Did you try to connect it directly to the modem.
you can connect the computer directly to the modem and check whether it is working properly through the modem.
If you need to restart the modem constantly then it could be the issue with the ISP or the modem.

Went to watch TV this morning and found that both my hand held remote and iPad app could not connect to my Control4 system. I have rebooted the Control4 several times as well as rebooted the wifi net

sometimes you have to reboot the router and the modem in different orders, try rebooting the modem first, then the router, while the router is unplugged.

Wreless devices causing modem to drop out requiring reset to connect to internet. Works fine with belkin wireless adapter. Lg dongle for HDD recorder and Mobile phone both cause problem. Is there any fixes...

You're better off buying a better, new router (one that includes a "Self Healing" feature that will basically reboot the router automatically on a set schedule). Also, try a different brand, Belkin is infamous for making routers that constantly drop connections.

When I connect my router i lose internet connection, even though my modem still shows connectivity. I have followed the instructions to connect the router to my computer and the modem to the router. Any...

firstly, connect your modem to the router and your pc to the router. Next, reboot your PC. try to access the net. If you now can, great. If not, you may need to switch on DHCP and NAT in your modem. DHCP means Dynamic Host Control Protocol and NAT means Network Address Translation. Both of these services are required to allow your PC to access the net through your router. I am assuming that you have a modem and a separate network switch. If you have a modem and the router is another modem with a network switch built in, then you cannot use them both at the same time. If the router has a modem built in, remove your old modem and set up the router according to its manual. Entering your ISP login details either through the routers setup software or through the routers own browser page. The manual for the router will tell you how to do this. If the router is a netwrok switch, then you will need to log into your modems browser page and turn on DHCP and NAT. Then save and reboot the modem and reboot your PC. Once everything has rebooted, go into your control panel, Network connections and check that a valid connection has been made. If yes, then access the net using your browser. If no, try the Network Setup Wizard to repair or replace the existing setup with an updated one. Just run through the wizard choosing the correct or most appropriate options from the menu's..

Connections fails and I have to constantly reboot the router

We have satellite Internet. They say everything is OK, but every few days I have to unplug my modem from the satellite, reboot, and everything is OK again. So I put a timer on mine, and it reboots every morning about 3.

My computer keeps rebooting want allow me to go into safe mode only recovery. However upon restart it constantly reboots.

One problem can be that the router and net is on while you turn on your computer, so turn off the internet and router. Another problem is that its an annoying virus that forces the computer to restart itself.
