call Fuji and tell them that you would like to send in your Finepix to see if the cheap/defective SCR chip was used in your model. If so, they will fix for free.

White Screen. When I turn my camera on, it has power but, the display is white and you cannot see anything through the view finder.

hi,
did you check the picture through the view finder ? if it is clear, then there may be snag in the monitor, normally the connecting cable to the motherboard become break, if so should replace it.
if the picture is visible when you turn the monitor to either side, then you can confirm the fault of the cable.

Black and white lines in view finder

Screen or main board failure. If it is still under warranty you may have a chance bit if over a year or so old - not worth considering for repair- though you could try. take a look through the file here http://www.fixya.com/support/p423-nikon_coolpix_5600_digital_camera/solutions

Gr-dvx7 jvc lcd screen is just white?

If the view finder shows the same white display. You probably have display circuit problem in the camera. Faulty CCD chip usually shows Black screen so it probably board problem or a connector problem. If you see an image through view finder then you may have defective connection from board to LCD assy. Either way it need to be looked at by a trained technician. Good luck.
