Hello there, I have DVD X copy Express for a few years now, I just reinstalled it in the computer and it doesn't want to work. When I run it and asks for the License # and password, I enter it, but it does not accept it.

Either try restoring the computer to an earlier date, or download iobit advanced system care on a friends computer and copy the installation file to yours then run it. Ifi this doesn't work, backup your data files to a USB key or DVD (s) and carry out a full reinstall from the discs supplied with your computer. Ifi there is an extra file on a separate sector run that.

You will have to copy your DVD in two steps. First copy to the hard drive, then remove the source DVD and copy again using the hard drive as the source and a blank DVD as the destination.

The manufacturer's site is here. Do you really trust this company with your money, credit card information, or any software they might put on your system? DVD X Copy was banned from sale in 2003 according to their site.

Get a decent registry cleaner, uninstall the program, run the reg cleaner. reboot, then try again...also you might want to look into this link...sysinternals. I find these utilities worth their wait in gold. But seriously, there are some pretty good programs microsoft doesn't like to advertise too much.

Maybe you're already use the activation key or maybe you need to reinstall it.

HEY PUT A DISC TO COPY THEN SELECT COPY DVD OPTION  AND SELECT NEXT  DESELECT THE QUICK COPY NOTCH
AND THEN CLICK NEXT MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENOUHGH DISK SPACE WHWEN THIS PROCESS COMPLETES  IT WILL ASK FOR THGE BLANK DVD INSERT THE DISK AND WAIT
DON T CLICK ANY THING WHEN THE CD EJECTS
IT FINISH BY ITSELF
