How do I access extended download service to install 360 on my new PC? I went to my Norton account but do not see this option listed even though it says I have purchased extended download service.

Please click on the link www.norton.com/n360s_5 to download the latest version of Norton 360. Please run the downloaded file and follow the simple installation steps. Once the installation is complete, it will ask you for a product key. Copy and paste your product key from your Norton account. Download a different virus-scanner, e.g., from http://www.prevx.com and run it.

Or, start Internet Explorer, and access: http://cainternetsecurity.net/entscanner/ -- this is a virus-scanner that runs "inside" Internet Explorer.

I had same problem. I went to Start\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore. I picked date before which Norton 360 was installed. It got my internet connection back. I'm not even going to try Norton anymore. Time better spent trying to get my money back.

Norton 360 2.0 may be installed on three computers at one time. If you have the product on a CD, you can install it on other two computers using the same CD and the same Product Key. Go to the section "I have a CD version".
If you have purchased the download version of Norton 360 2.0, you need to download and install Norton 360 2.0 on the other two computers, using the same purchase order details. Go to the section "I have a download version".
I have a download version
1. Go to the Symantec Store Order Status Web page on your second or third computer where you want to install Norton 360 2.0.

2. Type your order number and password to log on, and click Find your Order. You will see your order information.
If you do not know your order number and password, you can look up your order using your emailaddress and last 5 digits of your credit card.

On your Order Summary, click Start Download.
If you purchased your product more than 60 days ago, you can click Buy Now to buy the Extended Download Service and download the product again.

Double-click the file that you downloaded.

Read the License Agreement, type your Product Key if prompted, and then click I Agree.
If you do not accept the License Agreement, you cannot continue the installation.

In the Installation Options panel, review the options, and then click Next.

Follow the on-screen instructions.

Insert the CD into the CD-ROM drive.

2. Click Install Norton 360.

3. Read the License Agreement, type your Product Key if prompted, and then click I Agree. If you do not accept the License Agreement, you cannot continue the installation.
