Hotpoint WF840 W machine still full of water error code F 05.

• F05 - Pressure switch jammed on full
• Thing to do check pump is not blocked and clear it then reset machine by unplugging for 5 mins and plug back in if still gets error F 05 then you need a repair call out. hope this helps.

• F12 - Communication error
• A thing to do is reset machine to do this unplug for 5 mins and plug it back in if still does it then check the wires into the pcb board to see if wires have come loose or water is on it hope this helps

F08 means you have a heater fault and in this case because the water isnt getting hot the program wont advance. Check out the heater and related wiring. If you dont already know the heater is at the rear of the machine. For more information about error codes go to www.selfix-uk.co.uk

F05 means that the pump is not getting rid of the water.
You to locate and clean the filter, and or check the pump for a blockage or restriction.

remove drain hose from pipe at back and drain all the water in to a bucket or bowel this will take 2/3 goes then the door will open.your problem is the filter or pump is blocked check filter first its at botton of machine mbehind a panel it just pulls off

Error F-02 is a slow drain problem. Undo and remove the wide tapering pipe from the bottom of the drum to the pump. Inside you will find a non return ball valve, clean this and your problem should be solved

This error means - Problem is in the inlet valve.
Your inlet valve at behind top of machine is defective or the pressure from your faucet is insufficient.
Close your faucet valve on wall & unscrew your hoses to check screens on hoses & machine. Clean out well. See that the water pressure is good. Refit, check for leaks. If this is not the problem then you need to change inlet valve.

f05 meas not drained. usually due to a blockage in your filter.
you will need to get the water out by holding the drain hose lower than the machine into a basin. when drained the door can be opened. unscrew the filter and check for coins/socks etc.

the code on my hitpoint wf840 this code keep flashing f-01 i dont what this means could you help me please.

NTC fault its electronic and needs engineer
But try this for most electronical faults first switch off mains wait 20secs and switch back on this resets most gadgets and gizmos if it doesn't work it was a free try.
