1) Make sure your ink levels are good. Are you using original HP ink? Do not use refills.
2) Use a higher resolution when you go to print. (Click on Preferences to change the resolution. Look for Print Quality and select a minimum of 1200 DPI.)
You have an HP printer. I highly recommend you use HP photo paper for the best results. This may not solve your jamming problem but it may. HP printers are very touchy as to what photo paper you use.
The driver is not loaded correctly remove the existing driver from the add remove program in the control panel then download the latest driver from www.hp.com
