The Rubbermaid 7717 23.5 x 10.5 x 10.5 toolbox is a 3M™ product with Modified Tray 4028A, UPC: 51138709716. It was sold under different brand names such as Rubbermaid. It is now sold for just under $300. It uses a toggle draw hook latch. I have yet to find a replacement latch just like it. https://www.westwayelectricsupply.com/4028a-rubbermaid-tool-box-w-modified-tray.html?gclid=Cj0KCQiA0b_QBRCeARIsAFntQ9o7QLNGY9CZ4FcAMZl0fuS-NG27Khaqg3iaTd7_Fq8BNvLty2_-Xc0aAi1kEALw_wcB

SOURCE: One of the red, plastic, front latches has broken

I contacted Rubbermaid customer service <[email protected]> with exactly this question a few days ago; no spare parts available in any channel, as box was discontinued in 2001... has been a GREAT box, though:-) too bad they don't want to sell spare parts down the road:-(

I have the same problem.I have 4 of these boxes in several sizes.Great toolboxes except for the latches.I rigged the ones with broken latches by getting the smallest aluminum clip (the fake climbing type) that would fit in the lock hole.I drilled small hole in the fin right over the hole and tied the clip to the box with a small piece of string.Works great and better than buying a new box

Need a new shed door for Rubbermaid 5L45 7x7 shed

There are no parts available. The pictures on the images tab show what looks like two small garage doors made of plastic. My advice is to go to Home Depot and buy normal surface mounted hardware and drill holes and fix with small bolts and large washers on the back.

We need a drain plug for a Rubbermaid 48qt cooler, where can we purcahse this part?

You should get the number from the bottom of the cooler and then call Rubbermaid at 888-295-2110 and ask for the replacement part. I'm looking for the same thing, but am away from the product for the number so I was told to call back.
