Remove the washer from the electrical supply.
2. Remove the top panel and disconnect the wire plug to the pressure sensor.
3. Reconnect the washer to the electrical supply.
4. Press start and wait 10 seconds (washer will drop out of the continuous loop).
5. Remove the washer from the electrical supply.
6. Reconnect wire plug to pressure sensor and reinstall the top panel.
7. Reconnect the washer to the electrical supply and verify proper functionality.
8. If same symptoms occur, install a new console control.

You need to get the diagnostic info. It should be located just inside the kickplate. Unplug the washer, and then remove the kickplate. Inside will be a packet of info that will help you diagnose your washing machine.

My neptune washer is stuck in pause mode I can't set it any any wash mode to wash a load the start/pause light just keeps blinking. Is there any way to reset it or boot it to get it started again thanks...

Karen,

Power it down by pulling the 120VAC power cord to the washer then plug back in and see if it will progress with the wash cycle. Which machine do you own the FAV6800A LED console display or the FAB9800A LCD console.

If still no good I will have you try to get into Service Mode but let’s see if a power cycle will clear the issue…….Rich

You will need the Service Manual for reference. Sears Parts Direct for reference.

The washer is stuck in pause mode. How do I get

Control Lock To avoid having someone accidentally start or stop the washer, press Options and Select at the same time and hold for 10 seconds until “LOC” is displayed alternately with the estimated cycle time. To unlock the controls, press Options and Select at the same time and hold 10 seconds until ”LOC” is no longer displayed.

Canceled the clean washer cycle, got "INT", won't work now

Unplug machine, wait 2 minutes and re-plug. This should reset computer and unlock door.

Pause mode stuck

Is the door firmly closed? Open the door and close it firmly. If the pause button is really stuck, you will need to repair/replace the board.

Paused. now stuck. cannot open, turn off, etc.

Unpluggin the machine is pretty much the only way to reset it.Leave it unplugged for a couple hours if that doesnt work its most like a control board issue

Frigidaire Front Loading Washer, ATF6000ES stuck on pause mode - HELP!

I fixed this myself and it only took about 5 minutes. The problem is the door latch needs to be reset, which requires unplugging it's three electrical connections. This has to be done inside the washer outer seal, but it is easy to get to. First remove the outer ring that holds the seal on. Next remove only the side of the seal closest to the door latch (again only the outer seal needs to be undone). With this done remove the two screws holding the door latch in place (inside). Remove the latch, unplug the three connectors, plug them back in then reassemble everything. When all is back in place hit "cancel" and it should be good to go.
