Hi,

PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times,
This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUK if PIN is blocked...

if you provide PUK code wrongly for 7 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM

NOTE: You should ask your service provider,get the PUK,

Well that means that you tried more than 3 times with your pin, then to enter the PUK code just input it when required or press any of the keys on the phone to see if any of 'em make something to input it.

Hi. I accidently blocked my own phone. I pressed something on my LG W520 and now it says enter PUK code, and I have no idea what that is. Can anyone help??

contact your SIM card retailer and ask then that you accidently blocked your pone and it says enter PUK code and hopfully should send you an nother SIM card

i have had this problem befor on a samsung flip whith virgn midea mobile.

Cannot unlock my LG SHINE 8700

You could try entering random codes until it asks for a PUK code, if it doesnt ask for one already.
Now call you carriers help line and ask the person for a PUK code (You should have paper and a writing utensil ready for this)
Input the codes you given and that should reset the security code and you can use the phone normally.
