Hey teresarushto, I'm having the same problem along with my ear gel basically melting in my ear. I got a toll free from the local cell phone store for Jabra. I called them and the only thing they offered was to replace the ear gels. They didn't even acknowledge the audio problem I told them about let alone offer me a replacement. Pretty brutal service for a company this large. The toll free number i got is 1-866-697-8757. Best of luck!

I apologize you having trouble with your Jabra Blue tooth Headset.

The reason why its flashing is because it has not paired with a device or the battery may be low.

1. Take the battery out of the unit to fully reset the unit.
2. Put the battery back in the unit "turn the unit on"
3. Try using the code 0000 this is the default code to pair the headset with your hand set.

If the above steps does not work it might be because of a low battery, Thus I would recommend purchasing a new battery for it then try the steps above again.

I've had the same problem. The only place that has it is the source. Jabra is located in Sweden. the price for the ear hooks (which can only be purchased in a kit) is 9.99 with a 9.99 shipping fee. As Lubix themselves recommend on their webiste, these ones should fit your needs. Have not tried them myself, though.

It's kinda cheesy, but a piece of #10 wire fits perfectly into the hole. That's what I'm using now. Neither the original is very comfortable, but they work.
