Check kick back lever, it is a plastic flap just before bar on top of saw. This is to stop blade if saw kicks back on you. Will have to push flap forward away from you.

The only thing I can find with the model number TTL 632 CHN is a Titan model gasoline operated chain saw.

If your question is really about a Titan chain saw, I have not found any manual online for the chain saw. Instead, I suggest you contact the Titan company directly and ask about the availability for your model of chain saw.

Make sure the chain is free to move around the bar. It could be to tight. If the saw has a safety break make sure the lever is pulled back towards the operator position. If the saw has been used a lot blow the saw dust out of the motor.

I am guessing what you are calling the clutch band is the anti kickback brake. It is operated by a "lever" in front of the hand grip on the front of the saw. Pull that lever towards the rear of the saw to get more slack in the band.

A Bosch 70745 is a cordless tool; the battery recharges with a power pack, or a plug in charging station. This is not a UPS Battery Backup system.

The lubricator uses special chain OIL, not grease. If there is not a lever on the left side of the handle, near your thumb, it is automatically metered to the chain by a small pump that operates off the vacuum of the engine. Replace the grease with chain oil.

I had a similar issue. It turns out the chain brake was on.

The motor control electronc control board ($40.00)is the most likely culprit. When you replace the electronic speed control board be sure and replace the brushes also as they will have very tiny pitting damage ($5.00)
What happens is that when the motor cooling port sucks in the saw dust contaminants the motor brushes and armature develop an intermittent contact which damages the operational characteristics of the control board - so blow motor out often with compressed air to remove contaminants. Don't ever operate this saw without a vacuum saw dust evacuation system (Shop vac,Etc.)!!

A real Weakness of this saw is sawdust and debri entering the cooling ports of the motor causing intermittent contact of brushes which damages the motor speed control board ($40.00). Don't ever operate this saw with out a vacuum saw dust extraction system. Also when you replace the Speed control board also replace the Brushes ($6.00). It helps extend the operational life of the motor components to blow out the contaminants regularly with compressed air through the motor cooling ports (turn off saw first).
You can bypass the speed control board (if you want to disable this wonderful engineering feature by attaching black and white power wires directly to the black and white wires to motor.
