I just bought the ice-cream maker but no instructions in the box - can anyone help?
I found the manual able to be downloaded on multiple sites. Go to Google, type in the words old fashioned ice cream maker, and in the returns you will find links to web addresses that have these manuals available for downloading using Adobe. The original manuals in both English and Spanish. I didn't save the webaddresses, but I can assure you that they are there on Google. Don't type in Nostalgic Electrics Old Fashioned Ice Cream Server, just old fashioned ice cream server, and then go to the web address, it's the one that states they have the manuals for all ice cream makers, and type in the ICM-507 product designation or just click the available picture of the ICM-507. I will try and recover that web address and post it here. Found it! By the way, this should work for ANY Nostalgia Electrics product if you simply change the last alpha numeric sequence (right before the .pdf) for your product. For example, I needed the manual for their electric ice cream sandwich maker ICS-100, so I simply usedhttp://www.nostalgiaelectrics.com/manual...
Don't know why they make finding their manuals so difficult.

Yep, I bought one and again no manual! The company are doddgy for sure trying to save money on manuals and not putting them in the box!
