Hi If your screen scrambled and now it doesn't turn on at all, then your phone is faulty, what you can do to attempt to get it to turn on is to remove the battery for 5 minutes, plug the battery back in, turn it on, if it does not turn on, then plug it to the charger and try again. if it still does not turn on, then remove the battery wait a minute, plug in the power / charger only and see if you are able to turn it on. Tell me the results of the above tests, was the phone able to turn on at all? If the phone did not turn on at all, then there is a hardware fault in the phone that is perventing it from starting up, the issue could be water, or moisture that has gotten inside the phone and it has shorted out. In order to get the phone working again it would need to be taken apart completely and inspected, special screw drivers are very likely required for the job. I would suggest that you take the phone to a local repairer if its outside of warranty and if the phone has any value to you. Get a repair estimate, and see if its worth it. If you suspect water damage then you can most likely fix this issue by taking the phone completely apart and drying all the parts with a HEAT GUN, (hair dryer won't get hot enough) On low / medium settings, less than 100'c (less than 200'f) Constantly moving the heat gun over the phone and its parts, note that the lcd display may get damaged from too much heat. if that does not fix the issue then the phone has a hardware problem that we can't diagnose over the internet I would suggest that you take it to a local repairer and see what they say about it.
