I have not come across any computers including Lenovo that you cannot change the boot up order of devices.
There are several pages in the BIOS configuration and the boot up will be in one of the pages.
Some computers allow you to select an alternate boot device as you boot up by pressing one of the Function keys eg. F12 or F1 or F2 or F10.

I want bios update my IBM Lenovo 7298 pc

Hi
If you go to the page below there are many options for installing a BIOS update.
Desktops and all in ones ThinkCentre Series desktops ThinkCentre M58e...

There are also various utilities to help you upgrade the BIOS, including one for upgrading from within Windows. You should make sure that you have a full backup of your data and programmes before you start. Please make sure that the version here is an upgrade compared with your current version and that you read the instructions very carefully and are comfortable with them as incorrectly upgrading, or interrupting the upgrade can lead to your machine refusing to boot at all from anything. Please be careful.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya

How can i change boot sequence of my desktop

You have to change the boot order at the bios settings. Just after the screen comes up, before windows start up press (repeatly) the F2 key (depending on the model, maybe F1 or del key) and go to the boot sequence. Here change the boot order as you wish.

In case of a problem or clarification or further details needed, don't hesitate to post me a reply before rejecting my answer.

I can not boot from window 7 disc?

enter the bios usually f2 or del pressed immediately after turning the laptop on, also look for something on the screen saying press f11(or some other button) to enter boot menu

if you have the boot menu option then you can choose to boot from cd/dvd and windows 7 will load, if you havent you will need to enter the bios and change the boot priority to boot from cd/dvd first
