My electrolux washing machine have problem with their panel controll, like it cannot move from step A to B or B to C and so on

i kindly recommend inspect the control board for any burnt components, damaged traces, or any signs of damage

second, you may have a control panel defect - no fix other than replace the control panel.

Possible that the power supply to the main board has failed. You need to remove the control panel to get access to this section.
Remove the panel and check mains power into the board and power supply, check for burnt surge protector which could have burnt the fuse. Also a short in the circuit could have done the same, if not the board must be replaced.
