You r hardrive maybe faulty.
So you'll need to format it. and reload the software.

Have you tried to reset it. If not, try to hold down the power button while pushing the volume button up. That helps alot.

i think you shoud scan your mp3 player for some viruses...
connect it to the laptop or pc. connect the usb port, then go to my computer, right-click, scan.. if you have anti-virus the scanning part will exsist..

Hi, I think you will need to remove the battery for a few seconds then try it.

you should try removing the battery first by unscrewing the four screws in the back of the mp3player.if that doesnt work then you should go to the place that you purchased it and get a new one.
