I had the bluetooth paired with my red motorola raza, I just brought the grey motorola raza and I cannot get the bluetooth to pair with my new phone. It's the same exact phone, just a different color. The bluetooth is fairly new. Now the bluetooth wont come on at all since I tried to pair it with the new phone.

Communication problem with the bluetooth

I believe you need to tell your phone to use the headset. You may have paired it, but did you turn it "on" or make it active in your phone?

Pairing

It is very hard to lend a helping hand with this issue seeing that i also have tried pairing a smaung mobile with the HS500 bluetooth headset and it paired without any issues, what you can do is delete and other devices that you may have had in your device list then try it again that may help you.

Motorola bluetooth headeset h350

The only thing you really need to know for bluetooth headsets is the code to communicate it to your phone. Go under the connect wireless device option in your cell phone and select the bluetooth. Cause your phone to search for your device. While it is searching, hold down the power button on your bluetooth which should make it begin lighting up purple or some other color after about 5 seconds. You will have to put in a passcode for the headset, which for Motorola is usually 0000, or possibly 9999. Good luck! If you cant find that specific headseat guide, just look for a guide for any Motorola bluetooth headset, they are usually pretty much the same.

Pairing with the LG will be similar, your bluetooth settings will be under settings and tools, and either under "bluetooth" or "connections".
