Cannot hear anyone when they phone me i have to switch on the loudspeaker

what kind of phones is it, does the earpiece crackle at all, if you turn the loud speaker off and play a ringtone does it play through the earpiece.

I have the same problem and my phone is the sony ericsson c905 but it will play songs if i put one on.ive tried doing a phone software update but it doesnt work please help as my phone has been fine up until today

When your actually on a call, try pressing the up arrow to adjust the volume..

Can only recieve on loudspeaker and not on norm

HI,

what makes your don't hear anyone is because, the earpiece located at the top of the phone where you can hear some one from if bad and is needs to be replaced the earpiece for people to hear you when calling.

When you replace the earpiece he can hear people when they call.

ya you could try just by pressing the $ button ....to start the loudspeaker ,.....

regarding the pin broke , u shd replace it .. clean it with ...soft ( dry ) cloth ..

YOu know,its all right with ur phone,but the headset may not be supported by the phone,i mean its enhancement cant support the headset model. change it and it might work.
