Help plz... My Lg ks360 can't download it says

Your phone probably has a bad internet connection. It is always good to be connected to a Wi-Fi source if there is one.. If not, you may need to go to an area with better service. Reply if you have other questions. Good luck, Cooper. (Please leave good reviews, I am doing this for summer work!)

Hi .. i hava a problem wit my samsung gt-c5221i . i have downlaod ebuddy on my phone but each time i login in it says " your internet connection must be activated for java application pls try again...

Thanks for writing. Let me help you with this. Possible that the internet connection settings on your phone was not configured properly. Also, you need to contact your service provider to ask for the internet settings of your phone. eBuddy application has different versions, you need to install the exact version corresponding to your mobile handset. The application may not work or will not work at all. If you have the correct settings and still you cannot connect, you may want to consider rebooting your phone by removing the battery and the sim card for about 5 minutes and try again. most importantly, uou need to have sufficient balance to connect to the internet.

Connecting to the Internet When you turn your phone on for the first time (with the SIM card inserted), it should connect automatically to your mobile operator's data service. You can start browsing the web straight away.
Checking your current data connection settings Your phone has been set to connect automatically to the Internet through your mobile operator's data service. If you don't get a connection automatically, check your network connection settings.
  1. From the main Home screen, press MENU, and then tap Settings > Wireless controls.
  2. Make sure that Mobile network is turned on.
  3. Tap Mobile network settings, and then check the following:
    • Automatic setup is turned on.
    • The name of your mobile operator is displayed in the Network operators item.
    • The right mobile network is displayed in the Access point names item. If it's not the right network, see your phone's user guide to find out how to add a new access point.
Turning the data connection off You can turn off the data connection to help optimize your phone's battery life or to save money on data charges.
  1. From the main Home screen, press MENU, and then tap Settings > Wireless controls.
  2. Turn the data connection off by tapping the Off/On switch of Mobile network. (Tap this switch back on if you want to connect to the Internet again.)

Slowness

To work around this issue, reduce the bandwidth requirements. To reduce the bandwidth requirements, set the camera to send reduced resolution video. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Close the video call.
  2. Click Start, click All Programs, click Microsoft LifeCam, and then click Microsoft LifeCam.
  3. Click Open resolution settings.
  4. In the Video Resolution section, select a lower resolution.
  5. Close the Resolution settings window, and then try the video call again.
If you have to make more improvements, go to step 4, and then select a lower setting.

If lowering the resolution doesn’t resolve the problem, try these additional steps:
  • Close other programs that may be using the Internet, such as your browser.
  • Ask your Internet service provider (ISP) how to optimize the performance of the Internet connection.
  • Ask your IM contacts to also try the steps in the previous two bullets.

Windows live messenger

Error: 80072745 If you are encountering the error code 80072745 when you sign into Messenger try the following: 1. If you are connected to the Internet through a router, remove the connection to the router. Then, directly attach the network or modem cable to the computer. This will help determine whether the issue is related to a firewall setting on the router. Try to sign in to Messenger after you connect to the Internet. If you can connect to Messenger after bypassing your router, the issue may be related to router settings. Try resetting your router (Note: This may revert your settings back to factory default settings and may delete all your custom settings.). Please contact your router manufacturer's Help documentation or customer support channels to determine how to reset your router or enable port 1863 through the router firewall. 2. If you are signing in from a corporate environment, contact the network administrator to determine whether port 1863 is being blocked inside the network.
3. If you have Zone Alarm with IM Security installed on the computer, turn off IM Security for Messenger: 3.a. Right-click the Zone Alarm icon in the notification area, and then open the Control Center.
3.b. Click IM Security or click Security to open the IM Security settings window.
3.c. Click the Main tab or the Status tab.
3.d. Slide the Protection Level slider to Off to turn off IM Security.
Note: This procedure will change the IM Security settings for any instant messaging programs that are installed on the computer.
3.e. Sign in to Messenger again to determine whether the issue is resolved.

4. If you are connecting to the Internet using a Wireless Data card through a mobile phone network, please contact your mobile internet provider to verify if you need to additional data plans that enable you to connect to the Messenger service. Hope that helps!
