Nokia 6233 Messages not sending

Hi,
I have a Nokia 6233 and up until yesterday it was working fine. I can recieve text messages, but when I go to reply or create a new message it will not send - it just goes to my outbox (and is pending). What is going wrong?

That is a problem with your sim-card setup with your provider....you should call them and explain ur issue and have them fix it.

This happened with a phone that i used to have and after a while i figured out that sometimes the messages just don't go through and that if i sent it a second time, it would go through. It seemed to me like my phone got too busy and some of the messages just got delayed.

Cant send or recieve text messages on my mobile phone
hi, if you are having trouble sending or recieving text messages then the fisrt thing you need to do is delete all the sent and recieved messages and also drafts due to the fact that if your memory is full this will give you loads of problem sending and recieving text or mms messages so deleting these will then get your messages working again.

If how ever you still cant send or recieve text messages then the chances are that your message center number is wrong or got mest up, what you need to do is contact your service provider and ask them to send you the text message center number settings, they will then tell you the correct message center number and how to change this setting on your phone.

They wont charge for this and it will only take 2 minutes to solve your problem.

My Nokia N73 cant recieve text messages, it can send but cant receive.... :(
you need to format your phone so that you can receive messages again...input this code *#7370# and then click yes...enter your security code...after that your phone will reboot...it will automatically on..so please wait until the phone open..after that enjoy texting again..hope this will help you

Text Messaging
That's a problem the Network Service Provider should be able to solve. I don't think it's your phone.
Remember to delete msgs, when you no longer need them. The phone only has a set amount of memory.

Probably configuration problem. Make sure the center number is the one used by your service provider and set Reply via same center number to No.

I think that there is s problem with the phone's firmware. You should update/reflash your phone's firmware with NSU (Nokia Software Updater). Good luck!
