You may have accidentally opened a spam message, which sent out spam to your contacts unknowingly. You wouldn't be allowed to send messages for an indefinite period of time. This happened to me once, but after a while, they have unblocked my account. OR You can contact their support via this page http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/ymail/index.html, then choose *contact us* located on the upper part of the page, you will be asked to sign-in, then you may proceed to write regarding your concern.
I know it's frustrating and this already happened to me and this kind of problem only occurs when you sent a friend request to a person who reported you as spam. As per Facebook policy any account marked as spam will be blocked for a certain period of time. There is no resolution to this other than to wait for the time frame provided by Facebook as to when you can access this again. So, next time it would be best to include a message for every friend request you send which includes your complete name so you won't be marked as spam and that your account will not be suspended.
