I'm having the same problem. I called ATT and they are going to replace it via the insurance (I thought they only replaced lost phones). I've had it about 1 1/2 years. It says the memory is full but I did a master reset and even deleted some games.
For the unlock code for your Samsung Eternity model mobile, you can try this site http://www.unlocking4u.com/samsung-eternity/rs6wp9/ It provides the best instructions and easy methods for unlocking your Samsung mobile phones...........
Its easier to send pics via bluetooth or message OR you can save them onto a micro sd card and then just insert that into the new phone.Just go to the pics then click options and send via bluetooth OR click COPY or MOVE and send them to memory card.

My wouldn't either. I went in to "Menu"- "Messaging"-"Message Settings"- "Multimedia Messaging"- "MMS Profiles". I had 3 choices on the next screen... Since I use AT&T I checked 'AT&T MMS" My other choices were "media Net and AT&T IMS" Media net was checked but after I changed it to "AT&T MMS" I was able to start sending pictures and videos.
Hope this helps.

Hi
as your phone only has a standard VGA camera, it is possible that the pictures your being sent are too large for your phone to display. Can you send MMS? (picture messages) Try taking a photo on your phone and then send it to your own mobile number. This will test that your phone is ok and the problem is related to the actual message your being sent, i.e. file too large. ( in UK max file size is 200kb I believe)
If thats all ok ask the person who is sending you photos to maybe take a photo using less mega pixel setting on their phone, lets say 640x480 resolution (VGA like your phone) and see if you can receive that from them? I have come accross this before on some lower spec Samsungs. Hope that helps?
