I have problem with my cellphone i accidentally turn on the security protection and i kept entering the code until it gave this "PUK Blocked" how can i solve this problem? please!
If you try pin more than few predefined no of times your phone will ask PUK code which can also be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number . Donot try PUK code many times or else your sim will be blocked and you will need a new sim. Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no. Go to the nearest service outlet of your service provider they can also help you. There is no other go than the above procedure only your service provider can give it nobody else in this world nor any software.
Call the company from another phone dont go to the store bc they will charge you like 30$ i did the same with my phone n i called the company it was fast n free...

call your service provider they should be able to give it to you, or they may have you enter a code in 10 times until you get the puk code message and they can give that to you. Dont try to enter the code in more than 10 times without calling your provider, you can accidentally lock it to the network and then not be able to use it.
PUK blocked means that the wrong password was entered too many times. All you have to do is contact AT&T (800.331.0500) or 611 from an AT&T cell phone and tell them. They'll get you a free SIM and save you about $25. It's getting late though, so you may be without use of your phone until the morning when the stores open.
A PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) is the code required for enabling/unlocking a sim card. This disabling/lock is a result of erroneously entering the PIN (Personal Identification Number) multiple times. Depending on the SIM card issuer, erroneously entering the PUK code multiple times would result to a permanently blocked/disabled SIM card. The PUK code is an OTW (one time write) only and therefore the only way to open the card is with the PUK code.
In all instances, it has nothing to do with the phone itself but with the SIM card, hence, the LG Vu CU920 would still work with another SIM card.
