go to menu >>settings >>Phone mgmt. >>Factory settings then tap on yes and type your phone lock code.

I would recomend you to reset the camera, this will not affect any of your saved pictures. This can be done simpely by acessing : Menu, settings, reset to facory settings (Factory settings)

all data will not be removed if you restore your phones factory setting.
it will only erase personal setting.i.e. whatever change in setting made by you
like change in the brightness,volume etc.

You will have too go though the whole psn setup procedure again as you have reset the ps3 to facory settings, so there is no password or psn id stored on your computer

u mean that windows is there but programs are not showing up then try hard reset the device follow below procedure to reset it to facory default see if it helps or u can also download the latest update of software from www.htc.com for ur PDA
