Phone settings then Display you should find caller ID on or off.

its has been come from call center then u they dont show the no of caller

go to the call menu and then go to caller id menu ... it is turned off .... turn it on and the problem wud b solved

just go in the settings of ur phone and then phone setting or in contact setting

this is a very simple problem to fix just take it to a mobile service center and have them correct the issue for you.

I had the same problem. I sent it back to Motorola for warranty. They fixed it and said it was a connection issue.The connection between the screen and the keys came unplugged. This is a regular problem they have with this phone. The phone is poor quality!!!!

Does anything show on the external display if you go to take a picture, but before you acually take it, close the phone and look on the external display as if you were taking a self-portrait?
To make fully sure, while the phone is closed, press a volume button - does anything show on the display? If so, the external display functions and it would be a setting that may have been overlooked.
Go to Menu > Settings > Initial Setup > Display Timeout
or:
Menu > Settings > Personalise > Home Screen

farmet ur phone,or make flash ,,then its ok jazak allah khai

If you have an SD card it might be stored there. You might have to copy or move it to the phone storage from trans T-flash.
