Plus it in. go to my computer. double click on the opal icon. you will then see internal storage. Right click on that and hit format. Then it should work. I had the same error and it worked for me.

your boot file is corrupt so it wont boot u will need to use a computer to format it. plug the mp3 player into ur computer go to my computer right click the mp3 player and select format. Format will wipe everything off ur mp3 player
It might be cause by a corrupt firmware. You need to have a utility that restore the mp3 player to its original setting. i had exactly the same problem with my ipod shuffle 1st generation 2 years ago. Good thing Apple has that utility for me to download and until no it is still working. i tryed that my computer then the storage than format but its not working
It's saying the same reason, and i would try to format it. . . But it doesn't even show it on my computer.
