PANASONIC PT-61LCZ70 when the set is turned on it takes a minute to power up then its on for a few minutes then the picture and sound turn off and the green power light flashes 25 times and the set turns...

Hello, have you replaced the lamp, it sound like the lamp is failing, it may also need the fans cleaned (the main reason for pre-mature lamp failure). Replace the lamp with a genuine Panasonis or Osram lamp only....tks

Picture disapears after few minutes

I think the electronics inside it have failed. My guess is that because its the picture only, it will fail in the same way if you play dvd into it for the same amount of time. The failure happens after it has warmed up, if you take it out into the cold you may get 1 minute more before it fails.
It needs replacing, its not cost effective to repair something like this, the failed parts may have partially damaged other parts in the unit so they could fail after a repair.

My monitor turns on but it takes 20 minutes and the screen is really dark regardless of the settings. Could this be a bad fly-back transformer? A few years ago I first noticed it taking around a minute to...

Sounds like a bad back light, transformer, or possibly even power supply. The actual screens seem to last a long time. If you don't have similar monitors to part from, it's usually best to replace the unit. If the power supply is external you could try one of the same specs to see if it makes a difference.

My tv shows a picture for about 10 minutes then no more picture but sound remains. what could the problem be? thanks

One of two problems:

1) You have a problem with your power board/inverter. This is most likely the result of busted or bad capacitors on the power board. If you know what you are doing, you can try opening up the TV and taking out the power board and replacing any bad capacitors using a soldering iron. If not, take it to someone you trust.

OR

2) Your LCD backlight panel is going bad. The backlight is the light that shines through the LCD to show your picture. This can be fixed by 1 of 3 ways, you replace the whole LCD panel and backlight (expensive), you can get your hands on a broken LCD of the same size with a working backlight and swap out the backlights (takes time and knowhow), or you can actually repair the backlights themselves (much harder and somewhat dangerous).

The fact that it happens consistently or after 10min implies that it might be an issue of the backlights overheating until they shut off or power board overheating to the point where it can no longer provide enough power for the backlight. Try keeping a fan on at the side or back of your TV and see if it makes a difference. It may or may not make a difference, regardless of the issue.

SD600 stuck in Video Recording mode

This worked for me. Take out battery and card. Wait a few minutes. Set camera in Auto (stil pic) mode. Replace card and battery, turn on. Select function, tab through all options returning to auto. Press function. This seems to be working, Let me know how this works for you. I found nothing on the Canon site. A sad commentary on the company.

Loss of picture

Yes, it is the projector.
Take the filter out and vaccum it, take the lamp out and use compressed air to clean the dust away.
Be carefull witt the air thoug! keep it a bit away from the projector when u cleand the dust away, to close and you can make big mamages inside it.
And, remeber to keep the filter as cleas as possible, i clean min every 2,5-3 monthes.

Good luck
