Flash i have a flashing red hand on my screen.

is this a single red light? if so, it is a E code error. if there are 2, it is a overheating problem. if its 3, it is a general system error which could be a number of things which you need to figure out the secondary error code to narrow down the problem.
to find the secondary error code:
1. after the red lights start flashing, hold down the "controller sync" button.
2. push the "eject" button 4 times and count the amount of red lights that flash. the red lights will begin to flash rapidly. secondary error codes are only 4 numbers. 1 light = 1, 2 lights = 2, 3 lights = 3 and 4 lights = 4.
after you get the code go to this website, and on the right hand side of the screen under "Xbox Repair Guide" select your PRIMARY error code (1,2,3 or 4 slow flashing red lights). then it will ask you to enter your SECONDARY error code, which is the one you discovered in the steps above.
this will give you a very narrowed down idea of what is wrong with your console, and will give us "questions answerers" a better idea on how to help ya out!

The flashing red light is warning you that the shutter speed will be too long for handholding the camera. Put the camera on a tripod or other stable surface, and/or use the flash.

try re-setting the unit by the re-set botton on the back or side of the unit depending on the model

The red hand icon flashing shows that the camera is using a slow shutter speed, and is a warning to be careful to hold the camera steady.

You could put the flash in auto mode and it will fire when the light is low.

If the shutter is stucked there is no external way to release it Have to show it at camera shop

I hate to be the one to say it, but it sounds like the mirror broke in transit. I've had several where this happened without the person handling it noticed, or at least said they didn't. Usually on a 51" magnavox you must first have a star driver or a star bit. For some reason they decided to change from the standard when building these. First, pullthe screen saver and frame towards you with both hands. There are clips that hold it in place and it will pop back in place easily. Then remove all star screws around screen frame and slide out carefully. Screen can slide out of frame so hold on from bottom and top. This will reveal the tubes and mirror. Most screens and mirrors are 100.00-300.00 so use caution not to scratch anything. Good luck, Russmann.

Do you get an error message on your tv screen? 1 flashing red light means there is a hardware failure such as your DVD drive hard drive, dashboard error ect. Not much can be done about this issue besides having microsoft fix it.

Low shutter speed icon means that when you take photo the image will be blurry if camera moved.

Is there this icon when flashlight is turned on?

My nikon coolpix 4500 has the flashing red clock as well with the hands of the clock pointed to 9 oclock and a white dot on the oppostie side of the 9
