If your switch can not connect to a wired or wireless network, the Nintendo Switch error code "2110-3127" occurs. Whenever you connect to a network, a series of checks are carried out in the background, such as DNS checks, Internet connectivity checks, etc. If any of these are not met, the error message will be sent to you.

When trying to connect to the Internet from your laptop computer, you may receive an error concerning improper DNS settings. DNS stands for Domain Name System, which handles how computers connect to IP addresses and websites. In order to fix a DNS problem, you need to modify your network adapter's settings so that it connects to the correct DNS servers automatically.
This DNS error is a simple fix. Simply go to your Internet Connection Settings and change the DNS part of it to Manual. Then for the DNS enter one of these two DNS's 208.67.222.222 and/or 208.67.220.220
this should fix your DNS error!
Hopefully this information helps to solve your problem!
It
seems like the DNS error is generally caused by problems on your ISP's
end of the network, but that doesn't mean you can't have a crack at
fixing it yourself.
Under your network connection settings try changing the DNS servers to the following numbers (they're free by the way)
Primary DNS 208.67.222.222
Secondary DNS 208.67.220.220
Also, try disabling media server connection as well. These simple steps should, in 90% of cases, fix the problem.
