I have set the ringer in the options to the logitech phone and saved but the phone does not ring with incoming calls
I have contacted Logitech, and they can confirm that there is no solution. This is a Vista issue.
Therefore, if you have Vista and you use SkypeIn to receive incoming calls - then DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PHONE until a Logitech/Vista patch is released.
You all must be using Vista, this is a common problem in Vista, I have the same issue.
I know this is not a answer to the problem.
But for Logitech to say it's a Vista 'issue' is rubbish, Vista has been out for too long now to be blamed for them being lazy or disinterested.
Can I have a refund?

I have the same issue. I would like to know also how to increase the volume of this phone and is it possible to get a soft copy of the manual of this phone ... Thanx
Same problem.
I have the same problem. If I set the ringer to the handset, it will be replaced by the windows default device.
Enno, the Netherlands
I seem to be having the same problem. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software. Also I tried palying around with the sound options, but it won't see incoming calls; the computer however, does, when having set the appropriate sound options.
Skype connects just fine and making calls is no problem. Incoming calls just don't seem to work via the handset.
Same problem here. Is there a solution?
