Can I burn a CD from a tape on an RCA Model # 8530?

The RCA Model # 8530 appears to be a stereo receiver, which means it does not have the capability to directly burn a CD from a tape.
To convert a tape to a CD format, you would typically need a separate device called a cassette deck with a built-in CD recorder or a computer with the appropriate hardware and software.
If you have access to a cassette deck with a CD recorder, you can connect the RCA Model # 8530's tape output to the input of the cassette deck and then use the cassette deck's CD recording function to transfer the audio from the tape to a blank CD.
If you have a computer, you can use an analog-to-digital converter to connect the RCA Model # 8530's tape output to the computer's audio input. You can then use audio recording software on the computer to capture the audio from the tape and save it as a digital file. Once you have the digital file, you can use CD burning software to create a CD from the captured audio.
It's important to note that the specific steps and equipment required may vary depending on the exact models and setup you have. It's recommended to consult the user manuals for your devices and, if needed, seek additional guidance from the manufacturer or a knowledgeable audio technician.

How to record dvd from vhs

There are some units that can do this, but if you are trying to copy commercially recorded VHS movies to DVD you will have issues. The VHS tapes have copy protection on them and all manufactured hardware to record these have been required by law to support the protection. Thus, you will get poor copy reproduction when copying. If they are home-movie style VHS tapes, no such issues exist. You can either get a unit that has both devices integrated and has copy capability, or you can you a VHS player and send the outputs to a DVD recorder.

I CANT RECORD CASSETTES ONTO A FLASH DRIVE

You can't. Cassettes are analog and the USB only recognizes MP3. The USB will only record off a normal CD or a CD with MP3s on it. It won't record other formats. The unit only allows to record from CD to cassette or from CD to USB. There are some cassette decks that will convert to MP3. Just do a search for "cassette to MP3 converter"

I have an old Pansonic RX-DT680, the model were the speakers detach. Can I record from tape to CD ?

The built in CD is just a player not a recorder and the unit does not have line level outputs to run to an external CD recorder so the answer is unfortunately "no". You could use the high level speaker outputs and "pad" down the outputs to line level using a pair of potentiometers, one for each the left and right channels, if you have any electronic wiring knowledge.

How to connect Marantz PMD201 to computer to convert tapes

You have an analog tape recorder, so you need an interface which will allow you to plug it into your computer. This kind of interface is sometimes referred to as a USB Audio Interface. I use a Tapco Link.USB, and it works well, but there are many out there to choose from - you can use something pretty simple, nothing fancy needed.
The interface will plug into your computer via USB cable, and then you will use RCA cables to plug the PMD201 into the interface. When you play the audio on the tape machine, you should be able to select the "USB interface" on your computer as your "input device" and record on the computer. Watch on the computer recording software for input levels (meters that show sound is coming in), and set them to appropriate levels, not too low, not too high (if there is a red zone, you want to flirt with it only on the highest levels) ... don't hit "zero" if your computer shows zero as the peak level for input.

Final Cut Pro is far to complicated for what you are talking about doing. Many computers come with software already installed that will make simple audio recordings like this.

Please feel free to visit my website, rexark.com, for more information on audio and recording, as well as audio presentation and PA systems.

Good Luck!

Can I use this machine (telex copyette 123)to cancel old cassettes by copying a blank cassette onto three cassettes??

You should be able to do that with it, but note that this is a mono copying machine rather than stereo, so it may not entirely write over the existing recording if it is in stereo and the heads are in a slightly different position, but that would be the same for a stereo recorder too.
I think it will work, but really for decent recordings, I wouldn't recommend 'recycling' tapes in this way, they deteriorate fairly quickly.

Copying Audio Cassette to CD

Generally speaking yes. You could take the audio outputs from the tape deck and plug them into the audio inputs for any line in the DVD recorder. Then press record. Finalize it once your done.

A more professional way to do it is to record them back into a computer. If you have Windows Plus! Digital Media Edition installed into your computer, there is an analog recorder installed. All you have to do is plug the audio output of the tape deck into the microphone jack of your computer. Then it will convert them to mp3 format. That way you can use Windows Media Player to burn the CD with by creating a playlist. If you have Windows XP and you need Plus! it should be available at any computer store for around $20.00. Wome versions of Vista may have this feature included into the operating system as well.
