Wii error:003 my wii console is showig error:003 and doesn't function.

If you Wii has been modded (modified) to play burned games or games from other regions and it picked up a software update from the Internet, this can happen.
This typically happens upgrading from 4.1 to 4.2.
If you have not modded the box, you can try to contact Nintendo for repair.

for possible recovery tricks.

Is this a Korean Wii? seems like a Wii update has been bricking moddified Wii consoles and also has hit a few non-modded consoles. If you had your Wii region changed then it was bricked from the upgrade. Currently no fix... (unless you live in the PI where they say they can fix it for P2000:

no one can fixed it yet,because the original region your wii is KOREAN but been update to wrong region,..it's totally called BRICKED
