Doro Neo Bio 15R ...Phone rings and I answer but I cannot hear anything, they can hear me on the other end of the phone but I can hear nothing. Have tried everything but still problem persists. If I go to make a call I can see that the phone is dialing the number but I cannot hear anything. Any ideas.

it sounds like you may not have any dial tone in the house. some phones have a light come on when the phone isn't recieving dial tone.[in your case the anntena] you can try plugging a corded phone into different jacks in the house.there maybe a box [called a nid] on the outside or in the basement/garage where you can plug a phone directly into it bypassing all the jacks in the house [there could be a problem in the house] if still no dial tone ,call your phone company

only just found this out as this was my previous question, but i just started fiddling with my ph. so here's the answer.
press the little c button (top right corner)wait for 5-6 secs then press 9, 180 will show on screen thats the amount of time to say message. to hear it repeat but press 7.
