F11 code Whirlpool Duet GHW9300PWO Washer

Washer stops working and a F11 code is displayed. Can jiggle some of the wires around and some times it will restart. The washer will not complete the cycle for washing a load of clothes. Any suggestions?

Well your close f11 is a motor control unit error or a loose connection in the wiring harness from the mcu to the motor or from the mcu up to the control panel the mcu is under the bottom kick panel un plug the washer safety first then start at the motor follow the wires back to the mcu checking wires and connectors then form the mcu up to the control board check your motor for continuity normal should be about 6 ohms between pins 1&2 then same at pins 2&3 same at pins 1&3 your motor maybe overheating and tripping out on overload then restarting when the washer motor cools down if all that checks get back with me and we will run diag on it

F11 code on kenmore elite washer

My Whirlpool Duet did the same code over and over again. A repairman replaced the doorlock which is what the code indicates but was costly and NOT a fix. I finally sent my circuit board to CircuitBoardMedics.com cost $75 and has been running smoothly since. I figured this was the problem since when I jiggled the wiring connecting it, it would work again. There is a tutorial on youtube on how to safely remove the board. Give them a call! I dealt with my problem for 4 years by wiggling and unplugging wires wished I had found them sooner.

Code F1, does not stop filling, water pours out of soap tray

Are you sure it's not an F/H error?

The F/H code means the unit isn't detecting water fill at the flowmeter. The flowmeter sits just in front of the inlet valve and is attached via a hose, and off to the left of the CCU. Part link to the flow meter==> http://www.repairclinic.com/PartDetail/Flowmeter/1381535?modelNumber=GHW9250MW2
If your washer is filling ok, check the wiring from the flow meter to the control board; I've seen this harness jiggle loose and cause problems.

I keeg getting the dreaded F11 anf DL code!

My Whirlpool duet GHW9300PWO washer was giving me a code FDL, I unplugged it several times which reset it. It worked for a few days now it has stopped working again and the power reset has no effect. I...

Be very careful on this one. It is a door lock code or main control board. Need more info.

Duet Washer not working after a year

F11 means that the motherboard is not talking to the computer that contols the drive motor Fdl is a door lock failure code - i had this exact issue with several and the motherboard resolved it, unfortunately it retails at $324.99
