I just replaced the lamp on my sony wega 42WE655 tv and the lamp replacement indicator light onthe front no longer indicates that it is bad, but the standby light keeps flashing red. when i try to turn it on, the standby light turns green for a few seconds and then starts flashing red again. any thoughts?

Ur Lamp reqiure changing.The LED light in front blinking said lamp?Must change the lamp.

You can try to reset the lamp timer. Check your manual to see how. If that doesn't help, your power supply may be bad. Then you should seek a repair service.

You have to reset the lamp timer. Should be able to do through the menu. If you have a manual, it should explain the proceedure to reset.
