1.Unplug your Maytag dryer from the wall outlet, and pull the dryer two feet away from the wall. 2.Wrap duct tape around the edge of a 2-inch putty knife blade. Go to the front of the dryer and insert the putty knife between the top and bottom panels, two inches from the right corner of the dryer. 3.Press the putty knife blade over the inside retaining clip while lifting the top right corner with your free hand. Pull the putty knife out, and insert the putty knife two inches from the left corner of the dryer.Slide the blade over the retaining clip, and raise the top panel completely back toward the rear wall. 4.Disconnect the door switch wiring harness on the upper right inside corner of the dryer cabinet.Press the locking tabs on each side of the wiring harness with your fingers and pull the harness away from the door switch. 5.Locate the screws that secure the front panel to the sides of the dryer. The screws are on the inside front upper corners on flanges. Remove the screws with a Phillips-head screwdriver. 6.Pull the top of the front panel six inches toward you, and lift the panel up and off the bottom retainers.Place the front panel out of your way until you are ready to reinstall the panel.
954 nvram errors are created by 2 things both located on the engine board. one of these being a eprom located in the lower right hand corner of the board at q6. the other being the nvram chip itself located at u15 middle of the board far left hand side.percentage wise 65% the eprom 35% the nvram chip. this information comes from.
this error can most times be reset by holding the right arrow go and return buttons depressed then power on the printer untill the control panel lights up. it will then go to restoring factory defaults then to ready takes about 3 or 4 minutes tops. hope this helps you out. have a great one
Below is an image of rear side of your TV, Sony KDL-40W5500 Top right corner is marked there and possible cause of noise seems back light inverter board, there are high voltage going to CCFL inside LCD panel and seems high voltage leakage causing that buzzing/ fuzzing noise.
Replace back light inverter board upon voltage leakage confirmation. Thanks.
F28 is a serial bus error from the CCU (Central Control Unit) to the MCU (Motor Control Unit).
All you need is some Electronics contact cleaner spray and a 1/4 inch socket to remove the top of the machine and the back of the machine. The CCU is the computer looking box at the top front right hand corner. Find connector M13, (has red marking on it and only 3 wires) disconnect it by pushing the retainer tab back and pulling gently on the connector. Spray the contacts of the connector and computer with connector cleaner. Then re-assemble connector. The MCU is in the back lower left corner. Find the connector with 3 wires and red mark, and remove this connector in the same way you did the other, spray it and re-install. Put the back and top back on.

It is the buffer X board. They are loacted at the botton of the set. Replace the one connected to the display panel directly in line with the lines in your picture.
This is a fault i have seen with phillips lcd tv's and i suspect it could be the lcd screen itself, the ribbon cables from the screen are heat contacted on to a circuit board and there could be anything from 10 to 15 of these ribon cables and over a period of time the heat generated from the internal panels will deteriorate the plastic ribbon cables.
Try twisting the screen gently by placing your left hand on the top left hand corner and your right hand on the top right hand corner and gently twisting,if the lines go and then come back after you let go then a new screen will be required but it may be cheaper to buy a new one, could be worth buying the extended warrenty.
