Insignia Mp3 player frozen

I synced songs from windows media player and everything was fine until I unplugged the usb cord and now it is frozen saying usb connected...ok to disconnect. I tried holding the on/off button but nothing happens. I also tried plugging it back into the computer and still nothing.

I had the same problem and I only owned the player for two days. I tried to take the back off to unplug the battery but couldn't remove the back panel. I'm bringing it back to the store.

I turned on my mp3 player and selected music library and now it's frozen. It won't turn off, move or do anything. I tried plugging it in to my computer, and still nothing happened. How do I fix this?

i can not play my music at all on the insigna sports mp3 player. I can play the radio but it will not let me play the music that I down loaded. It makes a beeping sound when I want to play the music that I want to download but the three songs that was already on the player plays with no problem. I have tried connecting to the computer and syncrinize the players but it doesnt say that its connected to the computer

I was scrolling thru my playlist when the MP3 player froze. There is a white box, against a blue screen, that says "Rebuilding the library, please wait.."

I've tried turning it off and plugging it into my computer. Nothing is working.

hold the power button down for 15 seconds or until it turns off then start sansa and connect to your computer and just scan of the song and see if there my be other files besides your music and remove something like a boot file something If that doesn't work Format and start over.. Sync with windows media player it loads pretty quick

Help!!!!!

Insignia mp3 players are a little buggy in that they occasionally get file system problems that cause strange things like this to happen. First backup your songs from the mp3 player, and select "erase internal memory". That actually reformats the memory. Then put your songs back on the mp3 player. If it still doesn't work, please advise.

Problems with charging my mp3 player!

Format - Erases Everything: Connect your Sansa player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "Sansa 1GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything.
Firmware Upgrade- Erases Everything: Get the latest firmware upgrade from Sansa - it updates the firmware and erases every song in the player all at once. Note: this method doesn't work if already have the latest firmware. Go to this website and click "Firmware Updater" to find out: http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/DriverDownloads.aspx

Mp3 player keeps getting SYNC notice

For NS-DA1G and NS-DA2G: If you are receiving a SYNC notice, your DRM media license has expired. If you are using a media manager like Best Buy Digital Media Store or Windows Media Player. you will first need to authorize the player as an MTP device (device authorized to play Digital Rights Management song files) and then re-acquire the licenses for the tracks. There should be a button that allows this function in your media software.

If you want to remove your DRM tracks, got to:
MENU - Settings - USB - File & Folder

This puts your player into Mass Storage Mode. Once in this mode the player will act like a USB drive and you can navigate to and delete your unwanted files.
