Washer will pause in mid cycle, once you push the pause cycle it will run for a while then will pause again, after about 5 to 6 times a load it will complete.

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. You’ll need to clean the filter which is located on the front bottom of the washing machine right below the washer window. It is held up by three screws. Take out the screws and clean the lint. You’ll find in the lint some small clothing, coins and other small things.

Please do rate the solution and revert for further assistance.

Thanks

Rylee

Asko 12005 washing machine vibrates and banging on side when spinning

The load has become unbalanced. Pause the machine in mid-cycle (do not Stop it) and when it ceases spinning, open it and re-distribute the load evenly. Then press Pause again to continue the cycle. Note: if you Stop it, then restart when finished balancing, the machine will start washing from the beginning instead of continuing from where you Paused it.

My Frigidaire Affinity is brand new. Just did our first load of laundry and mid cycle it stopped and the PAU is lighting up intermittent with the time left. I have tried everything I can think of and it...

Hello Mary Fortner - It means that the washer has been paused; the cycle has been interrupted. Either the "Pause/Cancel" button or "Start/Pause" button has been pressed. To resume wash - press "Pause/Cancel" or "Start/Pause" once. If this does not prove to be successful please turn the breaker to the unit off for 5 minutes. Then turn the breaker back on to the unit, and retry the cycle setting again.

Washer doesn't run all the way thru cycles. It's

Removed hose connecting to water pump at tub. Removed clog (ink pen, coins, etc). Replaced and ran washer. Ran through all cycles - no leaking, no pausing of cycles. Problem is resolved.

Can't get washer to start again after pushing pause/cancel button

sounds like central control unit problem, you can check for diagnostic mode operation by setting (door closed) drain/spin, no spin, pressing prewash 4 times in 5 secs pressing prewash again will advance through diagnostic cycle. replacing user interface may also be necessary
