The specs on this discontinued phone state that a USB data cable and bluetooth version 1.2 are features on this model. You can purchase a cable online specific for this model and or use a bluetooth to USB connection (bluetooth USB are available at WalMart for $20 and can be used for many other bluetooth enabled devices; printers, other phones etc.)

Once your computer has "discovered" the phone you can explore it and transfer data to and from it. Some phones require software to be installed on your computer for drivers and programs to access files on the phone. A search online will show whether you need this or not. Good luck to you

CRAIG - you will need to contact your mobile provider line for further assistance on this matter

levsgob - yes you need to download Mobile Phone Tools you can go to brvp.com or install the cd if you have one.

EXINRON - try resetting the phone and if that does not work then you may have a mms setting problem and u will need to contact your provider for further assistance

Transfering photos and video to pc

Are you trying to autorun PC Studio? If you are, that might be the problem.

Try this: Click START, then MY COMPUTER. If the software was properly downloaded, you should see your phone as one of the icons. From there, you should be able to double click on it, find the pictures and video, and then copy and paste.

If this doesn't work, you could always try to email these to your email accounts, then open them on your computer. That's the way that I do it.
