For my k800i the games and applications folders will not open
For my k800i the games and applications folders will not open! When clicked to open it just says opperation failed!! Please help me!! I Really like my mobile games!
Hi.. I have the saammee prob.. called SE support and they asked me to update the software.. which I did using SEUS.. but.. commonly.. it didnot finished updating and keep starting from the beginning..which finally i gave up and let it be.. but now the lights of my phone keeps on going off and i cant even see who is calling or smsing.. i have to go to brightness setting and setting it up and down and then the light came back but after a while it went off again.. will try to charged it fully, take out the battery and sim card and will try to update again.. if that still doesnt work.. well i might just slam it to the wall... u think that might help?Hi.. Back up everything and master reset your phone. That should solve the problem. If not, then you need to flash the firmware of the phone (you can use SEUS - Sony Ericsson Update Service).

i can't open applications and games it says operaton failed and from what i heard its because of the software on the phone which is named firmware it needs to be updated but how do you do it i dont know and i've got but can't use them how do you use them? please reply: [email protected].

Oh BTW, i did the master reset but nothing happened!!
I USED THE SONY ERICSSON UPDATE SERVICE BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTED
