The owners manual does not have information on the pumps. You would need to get the model information off of the motor, and request that information from the manufacturer.

Otherwise, all motors have the wiring diagram right on the side of them.

Follow diagram on the tag. typically low voltage and high voltage volt are diagramed on the tag. Most manufactures send pumps out already for 220. the A and B terminals are for pump wires. and the lines are for the power cord. follow the diagram and you can't go wrong;

You need 4 wires to wire the 2 speed pump. You will also need a 2 speed time clock.. Tightwatt or intermatic. The wiring diagram is on the motor.

Is one screw silver and one brass? Or are they both silver or both brass?

You should be hiring an electrician for this repair. If the motor is a 230 volt motor then both wires get hooked up to its own leg (power in). The electrician would make sure the power was off to that circuit, would verify that the motor was correct for that application, would see if the motor was spinning in the correct direction and if not then would switch the two wires onto the two legs that they were attached to. The motor should have some type of ground on it, look at the tag attached to the motor, there is a wiring diagram and a specification list, compare the two motors and make sure they sent you the correct motor.

The seal is located behind the impeller. Once you remove the impeller it is fairly obvious how to replace it. Basically, unscrew everything, replace it and put it back together again.
